Important Refund Notice

No refunds will be issued once service work has begun on your motorcycle. All services become non-refundable after our technicians have started the repair or maintenance process.

Cancellation Policy

  1. Pre-Service Cancellation: You may cancel your appointment anytime before our technician begins work on your motorcycle.
  2. Cancellation Fees:
    1. No fee if cancelled hours before appointment
    2. ₹200 fee for cancellations within hours
    3. ₹500 fee if cancelled after technician arrival
  3. In-Progress Work: Once service has begun, cancellation is not possible and full payment is required.

Refund Policy

  1. Pre-Service Refunds: Full refund if cancelled before work begins, processed within 5-7 business days.
  2. Post-Service Resolution: If dissatisfied with completed work:
    1. Free Re-Service: We will re-perform the service at no cost
    2. Service Credit: May be offered for future services
    3. No Cash Refunds: Once work begins, no monetary refunds are provided
  3. Non-Refundable Services:
    1. All services once work has commenced
    2. Custom parts ordered specifically for your bike
    3. Diagnostic fees after diagnosis is completed

Service Guarantee

  1. We guarantee all repairs for 90 days against workmanship defects
  2. Parts come with manufacturer warranties (varies by part)
  3. Issues must be reported within 7 days of service completion
  4. Guarantee void if:
    1. Bike is serviced elsewhere
    2. Modifications are made after our service
    3. Damage occurs due to accidents or misuse
