Services Offered

Hyderabad Bike Pickup Service provides the following services:

• Motorcycle Repair
• Engine Diagnostics and Repair
• Motorcycle Electrical Repairs
• Motorcycle Regular Maintenance
• Customization and Upgrades
• Pickup & Dropoff Service

Booking and Appointments

To book a service, you must provide accurate information about your motorcycle and the required service. Appointments are subject to availability, and we reserve the right to reschedule if necessary.

Payment Terms

Payment is due upon completion of the service unless otherwise agreed. We accept cash, credit/debit cards, UPI, and other approved payment methods. Additional charges may apply for parts or unforeseen repairs.

Cancellation Policy

If you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance. Failure to do so may result in a cancellation fee of ₹200.

Liability

Hyderabad Bike Pickup Service is not liable for:

1. Any damage, loss, or theft of personal items left in your motorcycle during repairs.
2. Pre-existing conditions or damages unrelated to the service provided.
3. Consequential damages arising from the use of repaired motorcycles.

We take utmost care during servicing and use proper tools and equipment for all repairs.

Warranty

We offer a 6-month limited warranty on repairs and parts. The warranty does not cover:

1. Damages caused by misuse, accidents, or unauthorized modifications.
2. Normal wear and tear of components.
3. Services performed by unauthorized third parties after our service.

Pickup & Dropoff Service

Our pickup and dropoff service is available within Hyderabad city limits. Additional charges may apply for locations outside our standard service area. You must:

1. Ensure the motorcycle is accessible and ready for pickup at the scheduled time.
2. Provide all necessary documents (RC, insurance) if the vehicle needs to be driven on public roads.
3. Inform us of any special handling requirements for your motorcycle.

Customer Responsibilities

You are responsible for:

1. Providing accurate information about your motorcycle and its condition.
2. Disclosing any known issues or previous repairs.
3. Ensuring the motorcycle has adequate fuel for testing after repairs.
4. Removing personal belongings before handing over the vehicle for service.

Changes to Terms

Hyderabad Bike Pickup Service reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. We will notify customers of significant changes via email or SMS.
